Average days on the market has seen an increase from 56 days in 2022 to 79 days in 2023
The number of available properties has gone up to 1,748 from 1,369

This vibrant monthly event takes place in Islamorada on the third Thursday of each month. From visual art that are available to purchase to live music and drinks this is one of the best community events of each month.

Barefoot in the Park
Presented by : Marathon Community Theatre
The comedy classic, Neil Simon's Barefoot in the Park, plays at the theatre Jan. 11 through 27th. This story is sure to leave you smiling all night long. Ticket price is $28 pre-tax. Shows run Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m. through Jan. 27th, along with a 3 p.m. Sunday matinees on Jan. 21.
